2. Refunds for Products
- Refunds are available for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
- To request a refund, please provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect or damage.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Non-defective products are non-refundable, except in cases of errors in order fulfillment.
3. Refunds for IT Services or Software Development
- Once work has commenced on a project, refunds are generally not available, as services are delivered digitally and work is customized.
- Partial refunds may be considered if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed, or
- There is a proven failure to meet project specifications outlined in the signed agreement.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery or milestone completion.
